The MKE motors, designed by Bosch Rexroth, are high-performance, low-maintenance servo drive motors fitting for potential hazardous environments. The R911397970 (MKE098B-047-FP1-BE0N) is a model under this series, featuring a completely enclosed design and flexible installation positions. Thanks to DIN 42948 adhering mounting flanges, it can be easily integrated into a machine. It comes with grease-lubricated bearing and brushless design for enhanced, maintenance-free operations. The motor, of size 098 and length B, has a shaft with DIN 6885-1 keyway and a sealing ring. Its inbuilt holding brake, having a rated voltage of 24 V, halts its movement when power is switched off. The terminal box is B-side located and the housing adheres to ATEX standards. The motor generates a maximum torque of 43.5 Nm, with a top speed of 4,500 RPM. Its IP 65 rating ensures dust and water jet protection. It comes with a global one-year warranty offered by Indramat USA.
