The MS2M02-A0FNN-KMDH1 is an ultra-compact synchronous motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MS2M Ultra Compact Motors series. This unit delivers servo performance for pick-and-place axes, miniature conveyors, and grippers where cabinet space is limited. Cooling is handled by natural convection, and the low motor inertia allows rapid acceleration with minimal overshoot. An electrically released holding brake is integrated so vertical or indexing loads stay fixed when power is removed, making the motor a ready-to-install actuator for tightly spaced automation platforms.

Mechanical interfaces follow standardized patterns. The flange measures 38 mm across and presents a bolt circle of 45 mm, while a 30 mm spigot centers the housing. Frame size 2 with frame length A fits compact gearbox inputs, and an M3 mounting hole is provided on the shaft end. The plain shaft is 8 mm in diameter and 22 mm long, shipped without a sealing ring to reduce friction. Quick-lock SPEEDCON M17 connectors and a double metal leadwire cable shorten installation.
