At rest the motor sustains 0.32 Nm standstill torque (60 K) without exceeding thermal limits. M17 SPEEDCON connectors and double-shielded leads carry phase, brake, and encoder signals inside the 4.75–5.25 V logic range. Operation is defined for 0–40 °C ambient, 0–1000 m altitude, and 65 dB(A) noise while the natural convection housing supports the 3000 min⁻¹ winding speed.
The sealed enclosure carries an IP65 protection type, shielding frame size 2, length B hardware from dust and water spray. Position feedback uses an Optical Encoder (23 Bit) selectable for singleturn or multiturn data, ensuring fine resolution with the motor’s low rotor inertia. Heat is removed solely by natural convection cooling, so no external fan is required. A mass of 0.92 kg eases mounting on moving carriages, and the 22 mm keyed shaft without sealing ring simplifies direct coupling. The assembly also integrates metal double cables, 3000 min⁻¹ windings, and maintains 65 dB(A) acoustics to suit compact cabinets.
