Thermal management relies on Natural Convection, so no external fans or liquid lines are needed, and the housing still carries an IP65 rating that blocks dust and water jets. Within this enclosure the stator winding is rated at 0.75 kW, backed by a winding designed for 3000 min⁻¹ synchronous frequency. Continuous service is allowed between 0 to 40 Celsius, after which derating applies. The laminated core corresponds to frame size 4 and the compact frame length A, giving low mass around the rotor and supporting the previously noted low inertia. A keyed shaft without a sealing ring simplifies coupling while reducing friction, and the brake stays disengaged during motion under encoder control.
