This design ensures the unit remains free of salt mist on its surface and operates reliably under continuous S1 load.



Designed for compact installation, this servo motor requires a minimum clearance of 100 mm from adjacent components and interfaces directly with Bosch Rexroth’s GTE and GTM series gearboxes. Its 20-Bit Encoder Resolution and 4,096 Number of Encoder Revolutions guarantee sub‐micron positioning accuracy, while the 14 mm Output Shaft Diameter accommodates DS‐threaded frontal centering holes. The IP 64 Protection Rating safeguards internal optics and bearings, and the absence of a Sealing Air Connection simplifies routine maintenance. Rated for transportation environments between -20 °C to 80 °C and warning temperatures up to 140 °C, the motor requires no special design modifications for standard factory conditions.



Reliability is bolstered by self‐cooling action and deep‐groove ball bearings with permanent grease lubrication, minimizing service intervals. A built-in PT1000 temperature sensor and optical sampling encoder support predictive maintenance and thermal monitoring, while the ±10% rotor inertia tolerance accommodates drive tuning with ctrlX controllers on a 3 x 400 VAC DC bus. Field-weakening operation expands speed range, and adherence to S1 operating mode ensures consistent performance in high-duty applications such as packaging, assembly, and robotics.
