The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MS2N04-C0BNN-BSDG1-NNNNN-NN servo motor from the MS2N Synchronous Servo Motors series is a high‑precision synchronous drive featuring a Hiperface single‑turn absolute encoder with 128 signals per rotation and an encoder voltage rating of 5 to 12 volts DC (nominal 7 volts) drawing 35 mA. It delivers a standstill torque of 2.8 Nm, a rated torque of 13.05 Nm at cold (20°C) and up to 12.96 Nm at hot temperatures, while its low rotor inertia of 0.00016 kgm² ensures rapid speed changes. The integrated electrically released holding brake provides 5 Nm of holding torque at 24 volts DC, with connection and disconnection times of 30 ms and 45 ms respectively, making it ideal for closed‑loop position control.
