The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MS2N06-B1BNN-ASUH1-NNANN-NN from the MS2N Synchronous Servo Motors series delivers 1.3 kW rated power and features IP65 protection within a 400 V voltage class enclosure. It incorporates a 116 mm flange size for seamless integration into standardized industrial automation setups. Natural convection cooling maintains optimal temperatures without external fans, enhancing reliability and reducing maintenance. The design provides a maximum torque of 9.4 Nm to meet demanding motion control requirements.



Electrical performance is optimized through a winding resistance at 20 °C of 12.2 Ω paired with a torque constant at 20 °C of 1.62 Nm/A, ensuring precise torque generation at modest currents. A standstill current at 60K of 2.22 A secures positional stability when idle, while an average rotor inertia delivers dynamic response with minimal vibration. The motor operates up to 6000 1/min maximum speed (electrical) and sustains silent, vibration-free operation at this rate, meeting oscillating quantity level A (EN 60034-14) standards. Low interference is guaranteed by a leakage capacitance of 0.6 nF, and a thermal time constant of 12.2 min provides predictable thermal behavior under load.



Mechanical and control interfaces are engineered for rapid commissioning and service. An integrated electrically released holding brake offers a holding torque of 10 Nm, releases in 80 ms maximum disconnection time, and draws 0.73 A rated current for reliable automated locking. The motor’s M23 angle plug, turnable electrical connection and single-turn encoder design simplify wiring and position feedback. A smooth shaft with no seal and a 3,000 min winding complete the robust construction, ensuring long service life in harsh industrial environments.
