The MS2N10-D1BNA-BMBG4-NNNNN-NN is a synchronous servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MS2N Synchronous Servo Motors series. It converts drive-controller commands into controlled torque and speed for packaging, material-handling, and machining axes. The unit falls under the MS2N10 size class, incorporates standard design features, and uses a standard bearing set to support the rotor. A smooth shaft with a sealing ring permits direct coupling while keeping oil and dust out of the motor interior.

The motor delivers a rated speed of 3000 1/min, allowing fast cycle movements without exceeding magnetic or thermal limits. Heat is expelled by a forced-ventilation axial 230 V / 50 Hz blower on the housing, so continuous torque can be maintained in compact enclosures. Power and feedback reach the unit through a double cable connection M58 fixed / M17 rotatable, separating high-current conductors from encoder lines and allowing angular adjustment. Position data comes from a multiturn 4,096 revolutions absolute encoder, whose incremental channel provides 128 signal periods for fine velocity and position control. A PT1000 sensor inside the winding reports temperature to the drive.

Mechanical integration follows a standard flange with B5 geometry; flange exactness is standard to keep shaft concentricity within normal limits. The frame length is D, creating room for the fan and the required stator stack. Rotor dynamics rely on average inertia, which limits overshoot yet stores enough energy for smooth low-speed moves. Exterior surfaces carry a standard varnish, RAL 9005 black that offers basic corrosion resistance and electrical insulation. The mounting interface is specified as B5 / IM3001, enabling direct connection to gearheads or machine plates without adapters.
