At a rated speed of 2000 rpm, the rotor’s average inertia smooths load disturbances without slowing acceleration. The unit is delivered without a holding brake, so external clamping or drive torque must secure static loads during shutdown. A smooth shaft with seal prevents lubricant escape and blocks contaminants, enabling use in clean processing zones.
