Description

The Bosch Rexroth R911306382 (MSK040B-0600-NN-S1-UP1-NNNN) is a synchronous servomotor of size 040, length B and winding code 0600, designed to function optimally at 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and elevations up to 1000 meters. Performance diminishes at higher temperatures and altitudes; at 55 degrees Celsius, torque falls to about 80% while at 3000 meters, it falls to around 65%. The motor is not designed to function in conditions exceeding these limits. It cools via natural ventilation, but can accommodate a supplemental fan. A single-turn optical encoder incorporating 128 signal periods monitors and feeds back motor position and speed data to gauge performance against stored desired values. The motor shaft has a DIN 6885-1 keyway feature and a protective seal for the bearings. A 24 Volt DC, 4 Nm-rated holding brake is also integrated, and all install and operations should be handled by professional electricians. The machine's connectors can be rotated 240 degrees.
