The Bosch Rexroth R911315268 (MSK100D-0300-NN-S2-AG0-RNNN) is part of the MSK motor series, designed with a broad power range and compact structure for high torque density. This self-cooling motor uses natural convection, boasting a temperature monitoring system with a built-in KTY84 thermal sensor in the stator to prevent overheating. Coated in a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin varnish based on epoxy polyamide resin water, it resists sewage, water, mild acids or alkaline solutions, and even current mineral oils. Although its resistance to organic solvents and hydraulic oils is limited, it operates safely in harsh conditions due to its IP65 housing, preventing the entry of solid materials and water jets. The single-turn encoder, with the EnDat 2.1 interface, ensures high precision and short startup time by storing parameters such as motor type and control loop parameters.
