The Rexroth Bosch's MSK100B-0200-NN-S2-BP0-NNNN synchronous motor, from the IndraDyn S MSK series, is a compact and high-quality servo device with a diameter of 215mm. This motor boasts of high precision, compact build, and high torque density. It operates optimally between 0°C and 40°C, and cools through natural convection. Equipped with a single-turn optical encoder (EnDat 2.1, 2048 increments), this motor connects electrically via a B-side connector. It features a shaft with a sealing ring and keyway modeled to DIN 6885-1 standards, free of a holding brake. Additional attributes include a thermal constant of 40 minutes, a maximum speed of 4,100min-1, a sound pressure level under 75dBA, four pole pairs, a current capacity of 66.2A, and 129.5V/min-1 constant voltage at 20°C. Its rotor is designed with low moment of inertia and holds an EN 60034-1 insulation class and IP65 protection level. This model, which can also function as a main rotary or linear drive, must be stored and transported horizontally in a dust-free, corrosion-free, dry, and vibration-free space. Protective covers for the drive shaft and flange sockets are provided.
