It is equipped with a multiturn optical absolute encoder providing a resolution of 2048 signal periods, supporting position recording across 4,096 mechanical rotations with ±20 angular seconds system accuracy. The plain steel output shaft supports high radial loads and incorporates a sealing ring to retain lubricants. The motor offers a continuous current at standstill of 15.2 A and continuous torque at standstill of 28.0 Nm (measured at 100 K), with maximum current and torque ratings of 56.3 A and 84.0 Nm, respectively. It is supplied with an electrically released holding brake rated at 30 Nm torque. The housing is finished with a black (RAL 9005) 2K epoxy resin for chemical resistance. The unit requires installation below 1000 meters above sea level and is designed for applications demanding increased concentricity, with winding inductivity specified at 5,900 mH.
