For safe handling, use lifting sling belts, chain suspensions, and eyebolts. Only qualified personnel using VDE tools should operate the unit. The motor features cap nuts on its connectors, requiring manual tightening to the stop limit. For transportation, if heavy vibrations are likely, suitable shock absorbers should be used. Do not impact the shaft as this can cause damage. The type plate contains essential technical information, such as the maximum speed, temperature class, and housing protection class among others. Note that exceeding radial and axial force limits may lead to operational issues. The unit comes with a 1-year backup support and for storage, maintain temperatures between -20°C to 60°C. Finally, the motor incorporates a KTY84 temperature sensor, which will send warnings at 140°C and initiate a shutdown at 150°C.
