The R911320885 (MSK071C-0300-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN) is a high-quality motor from the MSK series, size 71 and length “C”. It has a winding capacity of 3000 and utilizes natural convection for cooling. But for added flexibility, it can also effectively use fan-induced, liquid, or ATEX cooling methods. This motor features an optical, multiturn-absolute EnDat2.1 encoder, offering up to 2048 increments for excellent precision. The motor uses a pluggable 240-degree rotating electrical connection and comes with a keyway shaft as per DIN 6885-1, complete with a shaft sealing ring. There is no holding brake incorporated. An alternate design variant provides decreased shaft run-out and axial run-out compliant with DIN 42955. Despite lacking a holding brake, this highly tested, top-quality motor ensures optimal productivity and maximal user satisfaction as it meets high safety and compliance standards.
