Bosch Rexroth's MSK Series R911320943 (MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-AP1-NNNN) is a powerful synchronous motor procured from a blend of established methods and the latest industry-forward technology. With a compact design, it is marked for superior precision, dynamic performance, and high torque density through cutting-edge optical encoder systems. Although it is primarily employed as a rotary main and servo drive motor, it adapts well to other applications like machinery tools, robotics, and metal-forming mechanisms. The motor incorporates a multi-turn absolute optical encoder with Hiperface interface, boasting system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and data storage for motor parameters. It also includes a built-in stator temperature sensor and a 32Nm holding brake which is electrically released. With a self-cooling mechanism, the motor dissipates heat through natural convection and conduction. Other features include a shaft with a keyway, radial shaft sealing rings, four pole pairs, a maximum speed of 4,500 rpm and an IP65 protection rating for resistance against dust and water damage.
