The MSK synchronous motors by Bosch Rexroth are highly dynamic, compact and precisely engineered with high torque density for various applications such as machine tools, paper-processing machines, and robotics. The R911323278 (MSK101E-0300-NN-M1-BG3-NNNN) model boasts a sophisticated multiturn absolute hiperface optical encoder with a system accuracy of +/- 80 angular seconds that allows precise indirect position recording within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. The motor is equipped with a 120 Nm torque electrically-released holding brake. To prevent thermal overload, it employs two independent systems; a built-in temperature sensor and a temperature model. The motor housing is shielded with RAL 9005 black 2K epoxy resin coating offering protection against diluted acids, seawater and mineral oils. It has an IP 65 protection class, meaning it's resistant to dust and water jets. Additionally, each motor undergoes comprehensive factory testing including electrical and motor tests to ensure its safety.
