The Bosch Rexroth R911323335 (MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-RP2-NSNN) MSK motor is a top-of-the-line servo motor capable of generating a maximum torque of 187.0Nm. It features an electrically-released holding brake with a holding torque of 70Nm, effectively securing axes when the motor is in standby or switched off. Built-in protection mechanisms include comprehensive temperature monitoring through a temperature model and a KTY84 thermal sensor inside the stator windings, preventing any harm due to thermal overload. The motor boasts a durable, dust and water-resistant housing with an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65, and a protective color coating. With four pole pairs, the motor achieves maximum speeds of 3,000 RPM, and a keyway shaft ensures form-fitting torque transmission. In terms of safety, the design meets explosion protection standards under equipment group II, categories 3G and 3D. Lastly, the motor includes an integrated, optical, single-turn encoder with a Hiperface interface.
