The Bosch Rexroth R911331918 (MSK100B-0400-NN-M1-AP1-NSNN) is a synchronous servomotor built with an Ex-design and enhanced run-out and concentricity in compliance with DIN 42955 standards. It maintains a continuous torque of 28Nm at standstill and features an integral optical encoder system. Notably, the servomotor has a low relative air humidity of 5% and is designed for usage in Zone 2 and Zone 22 atmospheres. Its design includes an integrated KTY84 temperature sensor in the stator that alerts users when motor temperature reaches 140°C, and an additional grounding connection with a 4mm2 cross-section. Additional characteristics include a cooling time approximately five times its thermal time constant and installation flexibility where the output shaft can face upwards or downwards. The servomotor has a holding brake with a 24V +/-10% voltage rating, a maximum current rating of 102A, and incorporates a safe starting lockout via its drive controller.
