The design of this motor features a compact, robust housing that shields against external elements, ensuring its dependability. It delivers high torque density, operational accuracy and excellent operational dynamics. In addition, this motor houses a sophisticated optical encoder, capable of recording absolute and indirect positions over 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. It retains the motor axis position even after being switched off, eliminating the need for a separate absolute value encoder. The motor also features an electrical holding brake for securing the load when stationary. Temperature is maintained within a permissible range by natural convection and conduction. For high-demand applications, an additional fan unit can be connected to aid temperature regulation through surface cooling.
