The Bosch Rexroth R911374585 (MSK075E-0450-NN-M1-UP2-NNNN) is a synchronous servomotor that must be lifted with loop straps and kept from jamming on the motor side. Before any work is carried out, it must be de-energized and dismounted from the machine. It is equipped with an optical encoder system, a holding brake, and a keyway-free output shaft. Designed for use in explosive environments per ATEX 94/9/EC directives, it requires a properly functioning controller to operate. The motor's temperature on the housing can reach up to 155°C. Commissioning should be done only after securing the grounded conductor's position. Its safety features include a discharge current over conductive housing parts if the grounding connector is unconnected. The holding brake, electrically-released at 70Nm, doesn't guarantee personnel safety. The encoder is a multiturn absolute Hiperface interface with 128 signal periods. The product includes a one-year support and has a global distribution.
