QSK Servo Motors

Bosch Rexroth QSK IndraDyn S synchronous motors are permanent-magnet rotary motors with electronic commutation, designed for use as servo or main drive motors in industrial automation systems.

The QSK series is suited for machinery such as machine tools, packaging equipment, printing and paper-processing systems, food-processing machines, metal-forming equipment, and robotics. Multiple power levels and interface options are available so the motor can be selected around the needs of the machine and drive configuration. The series is rated for operation in ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C, with characteristic data defined for S1 continuous duty and S3 intermittent duty. Feedback options include Hiperface encoder systems with singleturn and multiturn absolute variants for closed-loop control and position detection. Mechanical and electrical configuration options include sealed shaft designs, frame-dependent connection styles, and an optional 24 V electrically released holding brake for holding the axis at standstill.
