BTA10 Machine Control Boards

BTA10 Machine Control Boards are Bosch Rexroth Indramat modular operator-panel units used to distribute machine-control functions across industrial installations. The series is organized around two selectable base module types and can be expanded by linking up to six units, allowing controls to be placed where operators need them rather than confined to one central panel. Communication between modules is handled through an RS422 interface, supporting remote panel layouts within the machine system. For industrial durability, the front-panel basic module provides IP65 protection, while the housing is rated IP20 and the electronics and switching contacts are protected by stainless steel construction. Operating from a 24 V supply, the BTA10 platform can be configured with module variants such as emergency-stop and feed-override units, making it a flexible machine-panel system for distributed operator control.
