BTA15 Machine Control Boards

BTA15 Machine Control Boards are Bosch Rexroth Indramat configurable machine-control panels used with BTV05 and BTV06 operator interfaces for machine-tool installations such as lathes, milling machines, and machining centers. The base panel provides up to eight mounting positions for standard 22.5 mm switching elements, allowing each location to be fitted with control contacts, indicator lamps, or other operator functions required by the machine layout. Control integration is handled through an onboard INTERBUS interface with a 3-word I/O width, along with eight potential-free 24 V inputs and eight potential-free 24 V outputs for external signals and control devices. Optional module positions extend the panel with functions such as emergency-stop circuitry, BTC06 manual control unit connection, and gray-code override selection for feedrate or spindle adjustment. Built for industrial front-panel installation, the BTA15 series combines IP65 front protection, IP20 housing protection, chemically resistant aluminum-and-polyester construction, and an operating range of +5 to +45 °C.
