BTM16 Machine Operator Panels

BTM16 Machine Operator Panels are Bosch Rexroth Indramat front-mounted operator terminals used for machine control in applications that need a modular alternative to BTM15 and BTV06 panel designs. The series is arranged around a semi-fixed module layout with two keyboard modules, one feed-override module, and one spindle-override module, while the fifth module position can be fitted with a blind plate, emergency-stop module, or handwheel module. Handwheel functionality is built into the electronics, allowing either an integrated handwheel arrangement or connection to an external handwheel. For control-system communication, the BTM16 uses an INTERBUS remote bus interface and adds 16 external inputs plus 16 external outputs for machine signal integration. Designed for industrial panel mounting, the unit provides IP65 front protection, IP20 housing protection, approximate dimensions of 407 × 169 × 100 mm, a RAL 7035 light gray finish, and an operating temperature range of +5 °C to +45 °C.
