BTV01 Visualization Terminals

BTV01 Visualization Terminals are Bosch Rexroth Indramat panel-mounted HMI units used for local machine visualization and operator control in industrial environments. The BTV01 series is PC-based and includes an integrated color TFT display for mounting at the control cabinet door or machine operator station. The terminals are designed to remain mechanically and electrically compatible with earlier BTV01.2 and BTV01.3 units, helping simplify replacement in existing installations. Standard interfaces include serial communication options, including a galvanically isolated Serial Indramat Interface with RS-232/RS-485 support, along with typical PC peripheral connections for setup, service, and system integration. For maintenance, the storage device is installed in a vibration-damped drive drawer that allows quicker replacement and helps reduce downtime. The platform is built for cabinet installation, with front-panel protection for industrial dust and washdown exposure and a mains-powered supply suited for industrial power systems.
