VEP Embedded Terminals

Bosch Rexroth VEP Embedded Terminals are IndraControl industrial panel PCs used for machine visualization, operator input, and cabinet-mounted HMI applications. The VEP series is available with 12.1-inch and 15-inch TFT display options, with resolutions up to 1024 × 768 depending on the model. Versions are offered as touchscreen-only terminals or as touchscreen units with additional operator keys for machine-side control. The hardware platform uses an Atom 1.66 GHz processor and supports Windows XPe or Windows 7 operating systems. Across the series, units include 2 GB of application memory and flash storage options of 4 GB or 8 GB. Standard connectivity includes 24 VDC power, Ethernet TCP/IP, USB ports, and RS-232 serial communication, while selected variants add features such as front USB access or dual Ethernet connections. For industrial use, VEP terminals provide IP65 protection at the front, IP20 overall protection, an operating temperature range of +5 °C to +45 °C, and compatibility with IndraControl accessories such as VAC, VAP, and VAU components.
