HNS Mains Filter

HNS Mains Filters are three-phase line filter assemblies used with IndraDrive power sections to support EMC-compliant drive-system installation. The series combines input line filtering with an integrated switch-disconnector, allowing the mains supply to be isolated for service work. HNS variants are selected according to the application environment, including industrial or residential EMC classifications, and according to whether the connected supply unit is feeding or regenerative. Typical ratings include operation on 3 × AC 380…480 V, 50/60 Hz mains, 23 A continuous phase current, and short-term peak current capability. Leakage-current behavior is defined by the system layout, including the number of connected axes and total motor-cable length. The units are built for control-cabinet mounting with IP20 protection, natural convection cooling, required installation clearances, and designated terminals for mains input, fused outputs, synchronized output connection, and protective grounding. Cabinet wiring requirements include specified conductor cross-sections and tightening torques to maintain reliable electrical connection during operation.
