The 1070083942 (PSI6100.201-L1) is a medium-frequency inverter used in welding applications, delivering stable MF output voltage and direct current for precise and repeatable welds on materials such as aluminum and galvanized sheets. Designed for integration with PSG 3000 welding transformers, this inverter features air-blower cooling and operates at a mains voltage of 400–480V. It includes a PROFIBUS weld timer, programmable I/O interface slots, and Fieldbus communication with optional quality module retrofitting. Thermal protection is provided with monitoring up to 65°C; continuous operation is supported at ambient temperatures up to 45°C, with a recommended maximum of 55°C, under non-corrosive conditions.
