The Bosch Rexroth medium-frequency inverter R911170086 (PSI6300.360-L1) is engineered for resistance seam, projection, and spot-welding applications. It integrates a 1kHz medium-frequency or DC technology, automatic weld timer, temperature monitoring, and a maximum thermal constant current rating of 220A. The inverter delivers up to 800A maximum output current and 36kA maximum secondary current, operates at 400–480V, 50/60Hz, and is cooled via an air blower. It complies with DIN EN 50081-2 and 50082-2 standards, has IP20 protection, utilizes a metal oxide varistor for overvoltage protection, and must operate in environments below 55°C and within Class F humidity per DIN 40040.
