The 1070083724 (PST6100.322-L) is a thyristor power unit designed to connect to transformers of up to 76 kVA, with a rated voltage of 400-600 volts and a continuous thermal current of 110A. The front panel provides M6 mounting options, mains supply and welding transformer connections, and a weld timer, alongside slots for Fieldbus, serial and parallel I/O interfaces. Weighing 12.5kg and with a wire range of 50mm2, it can be vertically mounted or attached to a plate, offering IP20 protection standard. Withstanding storage temperatures between -25 to 70°C, operation up to 55°C, and installation elevation up to 2000m, the unit also protects against 95% non-condensing humidity. It uses a 24 V DC power supply with a line voltage connection of 400V-20% to 600V+10%, and exhibits minimal cabinet power loss of 70W. The unit can be easily operated and diagnosed with its BOS-5000 interface and features reduced cabling thanks to component integration. A one-year warranty is included.
