The 1070086030 (PST6100.630-L) Thyristor Power Unit, a Bosch Rexroth product, comes with an integral control function, air cooling mode, and a rated voltage of 400V -20%/600V +10%. Available mounting options include the left and back panels, with M6 screws. It hosts connections for the mains supply, thyristor power, and welding transformer, along with an in-built weld timer. The unit is designed for switchgear cabinet recessed mounting and offers IP 54 protection. It can operate in a maximum ambient temperature of 55°C (max cooling air temp. 45°C), features temperature monitoring systems, and can be stored between -25 to 70°C. Permissible humidity levels span from 50% at 40°C to 90% at 20°C. Installation elevation must not exceed 2000m above sea level. The 12.5kg unit also features 50 mm² wire range and operates on a 50/60Hz clock frequency.
