The 1070086165 (PST6100.105-L) is a thyristor power unit developed for precise control of electrical flow in resistance welding applications. This model integrates with a weld timer and welding transformer, supporting AC welding systems with apparent power up to 76 kVA. It features a BOS-5000 operation interface for monitoring, integrated control functions, and an onboard sensor for voltage, temperature, overload, and software compatibility. It operates at 400–600 V with a nominal system current of 130 A, supports up to 55°C ambient temperature, altitudes up to 2000 m, and uses air blower cooling. Voltage supply requirement is 24 V DC.
