The 1070086271 (PST6100.210-L) thyristor power unit from the PST 6100 series is engineered for AC resistance welding applications, supporting spot, seam, and projection welding processes. It features integrated control and monitoring, programmable welding times, and multiple welding modes. The unit is fitted with a thermostatic switch for overload management, diagnostic functions, and adheres to humidity class F per DIN 40040. It provides IP 54 protection, Fieldbus interface communication, and air blower cooling. Specifications include a nominal system current of 130 A, integrated timer, 24 V DC voltage supply, 70 W cabinet loss, and vertical installation with 100 mm minimum clearance at both top and bottom.
