It features a two-phase full wave bridge rectifier, utilizing silicon-controlled rectifiers for each phase to ensure controlled triggering and arc stability. The unit is housed in a metal enclosure with integrated modules to reduce external cabling. Air blower cooling with a heat sink supports continuous operation at high currents, with a nominal system current of 130 A. The device incorporates an integrated timer and operates with a 24 V DC supply. Its front panel includes a ready LED that indicates errors by disabling output drive current. Compliant with IP65 protection class, the unit can be operated, programmed, and diagnosed via the BOS-5000 interface.
