The Bosch Rexroth R911335603 (PST625E.101-W) is a compact, 2-phase weld controller with an integrated timer and power unit. Weighing just 8 kg, it incorporates a water-cooling mechanism to dissipate heat. The in-built weld timer ensures seamless monitoring of the welding process. The device operates at a mains current of 230 Amps and a variable mains voltage ranging from 400 to 600 V. It is equipped with a temperature control mechanism for delivering optimal welding results. The controller conforms to the IP 20 protection level and is rated humidity category F. It can operate in an ambient temperature conditions up to 55°C and provides a consistent duty cycle of 50% irrespective of the operating current. The cooling system of the controller requires water at 30°C at a flow rate of 4 litres per minute. It can be stored and transported at temperatures varying from -25°C to 70°C.
