Description

The Bosch R911252442 (TCM 2.1-02-7) is a supplementary capacitor module for utilization in Bosch Rexroth Indramat AC drive systems. This module, with a capacitance of 2 mF, pairs with the KVT power supply to minimize noise from the main power supply and is best utilized where link circuit power rises to 30 kW. Bosch recommends using a cable with a maximum wire size of 10 mm2 for termination on this module. The module is enclosed in an IP10-rated casing, with dimensions of 355mm x 208mm x 100mm, and weighs approximately 7 kg. It can be combined with smoothing and commutation chokes and bridge capacitors to customize power supply performance. To maintain manufacturer specified performance, the operative temperature should be between 41°F and 113°F, or between -22°F and 185°F when not in use or during transit. Installation above 1000m altitude or in high humidity (95% or more) could lead to performance deterioration. Assembly should be conducted by trained personnel.
