This power supply unit integrates advanced monitoring and control directly at the drive rack, providing a seamless interface between mains input and DC bus output. With a sturdy enclosure and front-panel diagnostics, this module enhances uptime by simplifying status checks and fault analysis. Operators benefit from clear LED indicators and a ready-state Bb contact that can dynamically brake connected axes during emergency stops.
The module accepts a nominal Input Voltage: AC 220V and regulates it into a stabilized Bus Voltage: DC 300 to feed Rexroth drives with a continuous Type Current: 50A. Configured as the fourth generation, the Configuration: 4 design supports an Auxiliary Capacitance Module rated for 15% overvoltage, enabling up to 30W energy storage per millifarad. On its front panel, two LED Displays provide real-time readouts of voltage and current, while an integrated Bleeder Resistor handles regenerated energy in generator mode. Dual Control Voltage Outputs: ±15V and +24V supply logic circuits without external supplies, and a built-in dynamic braking function manages peak deceleration loads.
Engineers will appreciate the plug-and-play compatibility with Rexroth drive racks, including ribbon-cable connection via the X1 port and a common ground rail for all axes. The ready-state Bb contact not only signals system status but also triggers controlled power disconnection for safe maintenance.
