The VMA 20 KE 001-D accepts a Supply Voltage of 380–415 VAC at its input and draws 1.0 A from the external 24 V DC control supply, in full compliance with EN 61 131. Its regulated DC link voltage of 670 V DC supports a continuous output of 16 kVA at 45 °C, while delivering a peak rating of 20 kVA for transient loads. The module dissipates up to 220 W internally and provides a maximum continuous braking power of 1 000 W through the ballast switch, with a one-time braking energy absorption capability of 58 000 W. A rated output current of 23 A at 45 °C and forced air cooling ensure thermal stability within the permissible operating range up to 55 °C.
