VT-NE30-25

The VT-NE30-25 is a compact power supply unit manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-NE Power Supply Units series. As a unipolar source, it converts plant mains power into a stabilized DC rail that feeds control electronics, pilot valves, and other low-voltage loads inside automated machinery. Its single filtered output path minimizes conducted noise, allowing sensitive signal channels to share the same enclosure without additional line conditioners.

The input section accepts 230 VAC ±10% or its tapped 115 VAC equivalent at 50/60 Hz, so the same model can be connected to different regional grids without modification. Primary protection is provided by an 8 A slow-blow fuse that tolerates startup inrush while disconnecting the supply during prolonged faults. After rectification and filtering, the converter maintains +26 VDC under full load, allowing analog cards to operate within their required voltage range. Continuous output power is rated at 108 W, matching the dissipation capacity of the internal heat sink and helping downstream circuits receive stable power without thermal derating.

The no-load output rises to +32 VDC, providing a margin that compensates for voltage droop as current demand approaches the unit’s limit of 4 A. Residual ripple remains below 5%, helping prevent interference with precision analog processing. For cabinet installation, the steel housing measures 96 mm wide, 140 mm high, and 102 mm deep. It attaches to panel hardware through a 5.8 × 9 mm mounting slot. Field wiring up to 4 mm² can be connected to the spring-clamp terminals, simplifying assembly and accommodating circuits with higher current demands. The supply can be stored at temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C, carries the Series 25 size code, and weighs 3.1 kg for secure installation without excessive structural loading.
