VT-NE30-28

The VT-NE30-28 power module is a compact, unipolar supply from Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VT-NE Power Supply Units series. Designed for control cabinets and test stands, it converts standard single-phase power into a stabilized DC bus for servo amplifiers, analog electronics, and valve drivers in automated machinery. Its single filtered output and compact footprint allow auxiliary 26–32 V rails to be integrated without a full-size rectifier or distributed low-power converters.

At the input, the unit accepts either 115 VAC or 230 VAC. The circuitry tolerates supply fluctuations of ±10%, so voltage swings caused by utility variations or transformer tap changes do not disturb the DC rail. Rectification operates at an industrial grid frequency of 50/60 Hz. Downstream regulation supports a continuous load current of 4 A and provides a full-load output of +26 VDC. The converter is rated for up to 108 W of electrical power, supporting multiple proportional valves or logic boards. A slow-blow 8 A fuse on the primary side protects against extended overcurrent conditions. The 4 mm² terminals accommodate rigid or fine-strand wiring.

The no-load output level is +32 VDC, providing voltage headroom as the supply transitions to rated demand. Output ripple is limited to < 5 %, so analog transducers connected to the bus receive power with minimal carrier noise. The supply weighs 3.1 kg, allowing DIN-rail or panel mounting without heavy bracing. Its unipolar output simplifies common-reference grounding in control systems. The filtered topology reduces conducted emissions that could interfere with adjacent motion controllers. The internal layout follows the series’ 28 variant, and the compact housing conserves cabinet depth while maintaining appropriate spacing between internal components.
