VT-NE32-11

The VT-NE32-11 compact power supply unit is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-NE Power Supply Units series. Implemented as a unipolar, regulated source, it converts incoming AC power into clean DC power for proportional valve amplifiers, logic boards, and other control hardware in industrial automation racks. The Series 11 internal design provides dual filtered outputs while maintaining a space-saving format suitable for densely arranged cabinet components.

Under full load, the first rail provides +25 VDC, and the second delivers +24 VDC; both lines are actively regulated to limit voltage drift. Output 1 can supply up to 2.5 A, while Output 2 is rated for 1 A. A shared protection path uses a 4 A slow-blow main fuse to clear sustained overloads without nuisance trips during inrush. Residual ripple on the primary rail remains below 2 %, indicating that the onboard filtering minimizes noise coupled into sensitive analog circuits. The dual-output arrangement supports coils, sensors, and reference electronics that require stable voltage from a single power supply unit.

Output 1 provides up to 60 W of power, while Output 2 provides 24 W. The terminal blocks accept conductors up to 4 mm², allowing the rated current to pass without excessive conductor heating. Mounting slots measuring 4.8 × 9 mm align the housing with common DIN plate patterns, and the enclosure measures 84 mm wide, 128 mm high, and 101.5 mm deep. With a mass of 2.2 kg, the unit places a modest load on the supporting cabinet structure while accommodating its transformers, regulators, and heat sinks. These internal components keep the ripple on Output 2 below 50 mVAC during dynamic load changes, helping protect connected control circuits from unstable supply conditions.
