VT-NE32-14

The VT-NE32-14 is a compact power supply unit manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-NE Power Supply Units series. Using a unipolar, regulated design, the module converts cabinet mains power into stabilized DC power that feeds servo electronics, directional valve amplifiers, and other low-voltage loads within industrial automation panels. Its dual filtered outputs allow control circuits and sensor rails to share a single source while maintaining the noise isolation needed for closed-loop motion and pressure regulation.

Output section one delivers +25 VDC at full load, while the second channel supplies +24 VDC; both rails are produced by a feedback-controlled regulator followed by π-filters that reduce high-frequency switching artifacts. Continuous capability reaches 60 W on Output 1 and 24 W on Output 2, giving drive controllers and transducers predictable energy budgets. The permissible draw on Output 1 is limited to 2.5 A, which keeps the internal temperature rise within safe limits when the ambient cabinet temperature increases. Conductors up to 4 mm² can be connected to the front terminals. The 4.8 × 9 mm mounting slots simplify installation on populated backplates without requiring additional mounting hardware.

A slow-blow fuse rated at 4 A protects the filtered section against downstream faults, and the second rail can deliver up to 1 A before the current limiter intervenes. The -14 edition maintains the same compact footprint as earlier models. Residual ripple remains below 2% on the 25 V line and below 50 mVAC on the 24 V line, helping minimize analog reference drift. The housing measures 128 mm high, 84 mm wide, and 101.5 mm deep, allowing it to fit into compact control cabinets. It weighs 2.2 kg and uses convection cooling without external fans. The controlled and filtered dual-output configuration supplies stable power to separate low-voltage circuits while limiting electrical noise between connected loads.
