VT-NE32-19

The VT-NE32-19 is a compact regulated power supply produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-NE Power Supply Units series. It converts AC line power into stable DC rails that supply servo electronics, proportional valve cards, and logic boards in industrial automation cabinets. The 32-19 model code identifies version 19 within the platform, which uses the same mechanical footprint and terminal arrangement as related units while providing unipolar, filtered power for control circuitry.

The supply operates from a line voltage of 115/230 VAC ±10% at a frequency of 50/60 Hz. Field wiring enters through a pluggable terminal block that accepts conductors up to 4 mm². The first output delivers a continuous current of 2.5 A at a regulated voltage of +25 VDC. An internal 4 A slow-blow fuse protects this rail against overloads and short circuits. Both rails originate from a dual-output topology with active voltage regulation. Residual ripple on the first output remains below 2 percent, helping preserve stable power for connected electronic circuits.

Under full-load conditions, the first output supplies 60 W, while the second output is rated for 24 W. The auxiliary rail provides a regulated level of +24 VDC for analog reference paths and other low-power control loads. A dual-stage filter attenuates high-frequency interference and keeps residual ripple on this rail below 50 mVAC. The available output power supports applications such as small valve islands, pilot stages, and associated control cards. The metal enclosure weighs 2.2 kg and includes screw slots that align with 32 mm DIN backplanes for secure cabinet mounting. Its compact enclosure allows the supply to fit established VT-NE panel layouts without requiring additional mounting brackets.
