The R911255670 (CLM 01.3-G-0-2-0) is a high-end, multi-axis servo control system by Rexroth Indramt. Made for industrial production, this microprocessor-controlled system forms part of a servo kit delivering significant power output. Used in conjunction with a servo power supply, a servo drive, and a servo motor, it suits a variety of machinery like packaging machines and handling equipment. While the control system is highly accurate, performance still partially depends on the gearbox and machine mechanics. Managing up to four different position axes independently, it houses a Motorola 68,000 microprocessor. The firmware is secure in an EPROM system, and all parameters are stored in an internal memory card. Thanks to its internal lithium battery, it retains memory data even when unplugged. Easy to install and weighing 6 kilos, it contains a diagnostic LCD and accepts commands through a 20-button keyboard.
