The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-P-1 is a versatile digital card by Bosch Rexroth, capable of functioning as a command or controller card, with a Profibus bus connection. This card supports an assortment of features including a RS-232 serial interface, a configurable analog output, front display with keys for parameter display, adjustment to hydraulic drive via zero point correction, nine analog outputs, eight digital inputs, seven configurable digital outputs, and plenty more. One central feature is the valve output stage tailored for 4WRE, component series 2X with the inclusion of two solenoids. Users have the option to alternate between voltage and current for six of the analog inputs. Managers can oversee specific parameters such as command value, actual values, control parameters, output parameters, and others, directly from the front panel. The card is also adaptable for PC configuration using BODAC software, obtainable for free from the Bosch website. The interface cable, USB adapter and Profibus connector are necessary accessories that are not accompanied by the card. The unit operates with 24 Volts DC and weighs 0.2 kilograms. All I/O connections are facilitated through a 64-pole male multipoint connector.
