The VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-D-0 is a versatile digital controller card from Bosch Rexroth that can be customized to match unique requirements, tailor-made to provide application-focused solutions, especially for clamp functions. The device operates optimally between 21-24VDC, delivering smooth, precise movement in large mass systems employing active damping technology. It has an operational ripple output of less than 20mV and features a 4A slow fuse. Connectivity is available via a maximum cable length of 280m to the local bus and comes with a DeviceNet bus interface.

The controller can be set up to coordinate with two pressure inducers and provides comprehensive control over the hydraulic clamp axis. Adjustments can be transferred to the device either as individual parameters or as a complete profile. It guarantees stable closed-loop control for low and natural frequency systems, facilitated through easily configurable parameters, and supports independent modifications for increases and decreases in output resolution during jog mode. On its face is set an alphanumeric display and it offers compatibility with both enclosed and open card holders.
