Description

The DDS 3.1-W050-DS12-01 is an integral component of the DDS drive control series by Bosch Rexroth's Indramat arm. Its design provides an IP20 degree of protection, safeguarding against extraneous objects larger than 50mm, but excludes defense against water penetration or intentional access by hand. It requires IP10 rated housing or a control cabinet for installation. This sophisticated unit proffers an innovative housing design to optimize heat conduction, circumventing the need for an additional cooling fan, thereby contributing to cost savings. Leveraging the connection point X4, this device can be connected for motor feedback. When paired with AC motors such as MDD, MKD, LAR, LAF, LSF, 2AD, ADF, and 1MB, the DDS drive controllers can create an efficient automation system. Rexroth Indramat configures this model with both hardware and firmware, including digital servo feedback and resolver feedback. However, its function i.d. version is predetermined. The DC bus voltage operates at 300v under specific conditions related to temperature, humidity, and EMC. Installation should avoid areas of destructive electromagnetic radiation and is suitable for heights up to 1000 meters.
