Description

The DDS02.1-A200-DL40-01-FW is a sophisticated, modular drive controller developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Its primary function is Managing industrial motors employed in various machinery such as textile machines, packaging machines, printing presses, robotics, and handling machines. This control unit's unique feature lies in its ability to combine AC servo and the main drive, resulting in a compact, streamlined drive package powered by a single supply unit. It's pre-configured by Bosch Rexroth based on customer requirements, consisting of a basic unit, software and firmware modules, and supplementary plugin modules. These are placed into specific slots (U1-U5) within the basic unit. The controller requires a rated input current of 200 Amperes and deploys a single-axis position control communication module. To manage heat, it uses natural convection and forced ventilation, optionally utilizing an air blower. Although the controller is designed in compliance with IP10 protection class, it's recommended to house it in a control cabinet for added IP54 class protection. Each drive controller, regardless of an individual or mixed order, is delivered in bespoke, clearly marked cartons.
