The DDS02.1-W025-DS01-01-FW is a high tech motion control device developed by Rexroth Indramat, renowned for its expansive line of drive controllers and servo motors. This unit features an RS-232 communication interface, and specific connectors at the control board for the implementation of this interface. With a current consumption capacity of 25A at rated load, it can operate effectively in a flexible temperature range of 0 to +45 degree Celsius, though a maximum permissible temperature of +55 degrees Celsius is allowed, beyond which data loss may occur. The necessary firmware for operating this unit is not included and must be ordered separately. For safety, a ground connection port is provided, which needs to be connected before starting the motor. Moreover, a reset key is included for easy troubleshooting and returning to factory settings. This controller operates at an altitude limit of up to 1000m above sea level and features a drive lockout control at connection point X3. Power cables from a three-phase current source should be connected at ports A1, A2 and A3. Noteworthy is its exhaustive inspection process ensuring top quality and error-free performance.
